Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please review the following booking guidelines to help us ensure a smooth and respectful process for both parties. 🔹 Consultation Bookings All initial 15-minute discovery calls are free of charge and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time. If you're running late, kindly let us know—after 10 minutes, the session may be considered canceled. 🔹 Service Bookings & Project Kickoff Project-based services require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your start date. Monthly retainers are billed in advance, with clear scope and deliverables outlined in your agreement. Strategy sessions, audits, and one-off services must be prepaid at time of booking. 🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 25% fee or forfeiture of deposit, depending on the service booked. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll always provide alternative options as soon as possible. 🔹 No-Show Policy Missed appointments without communication will not be refunded and may require prepayment for future bookings. 🔹 Communication We prefer email or scheduled calls for project communication.
