Service Description
If you’re not sure whether your website or social media is doing you any favours, I’ll take a look and give you honest, practical feedback. You’ll walk away with a clear list of what to fix, where to improve, and what to focus on - so you can feel confident putting yourself out there online.
Cancellation Policy
All services are bookable online and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received through the website. You will receive an email confirmation with a calendar link and meeting details (Google Meet). Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Payment -Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking. For deposit received consultations, we will invoice for outstanding balance or provide a payment link. -Payment is processed securely through the website via credit card or available payment options. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be issued. Confidentiality All sessions are held in strict confidence. Any materials shared with the consultant will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without written permission. Deliverables For strategy sessions and audits, you will receive a follow-up email within 3 business days with any promised reports, checklists, or action items. Respectful Communication These sessions are collaborative and respectful. We reserve the right to end or refuse service in the event of abusive behavior or misaligned expectations.
